About the HR Excellence Academy

I’m Rachel, founder of HR Fusion, workplace culture strategist, and author of Shadow Cultures, a book that’s helped HR and business leaders understand the hidden dynamics shaping their organisations.

After more than 20 years working in HR and organisational development, including leading complex change projects, mentoring HR professionals, and helping housing associations and private companies navigate culture change, I saw a gap.
